If you are not completely satisfied with our goods or services you have the
right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after receipt of your product
and receive a full order refund. Under these circumstances you must return the
product to us in good condition (not applicable to DVD's CD-ROMs or Videos if
returned unsealed). It is important to us that you, our Guest are
satisfied with your store experience, whether on the web or in-store. So we
would like you to be aware that any product purchased from the Online store can
be returned at any of our 'bricks and mortar' stores, which can be found at the
Store Locator. Please note that you should take your Online invoice
with you to effect your return, as you would any store receipt.
Your right to cancel
It is your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the
goods by notifying us of your intensions. Please notify us by e-mail at
service@disneystore.co.uk .

The UK service centre can respond to any question about Disney Store Online,
whether that is about the range of products or characters, returns, exchanges
or posting queries or even just about the website. Whilst we do accept orders
from guests across Europe, all queries to our service centre should be in
English.
