Terms and Conditions
The promoter of this competition is The Disney Store Limited, 3 Queen Caroline
Street, Hammersmith, W6 9PE, England (“Promoter”). By entering this
promotion you agree to the requirements set out in the promotional material and
the following Terms and Conditions:
1. The competition is open from midnight on 15th June 2008 and the closing date
for the receipt of entries is 8.00pm on 30th July 2008. 2. The competition is
open to all residents of the UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man)
aged 18 years or over excluding employees of The Disney Store Limited, its
associated companies, agents, contractors or anyone professionally connected
with the competition or any of their family members. Entries by agents or third
parties will not be accepted. 3. Only one entry per person is allowed for the
promotion. 4. No purchase necessary to enter the competition. To enter the
competition, post your entry in the post box provided in your local Disney
Store, hand your entry to a Cast Member in store or enter online at
www.disneystore.co.uk. 5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility
for any incomplete, misdirected, lost, illegible, invalid or damaged entries.
6. Entrants accept that if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without
any additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence
and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and
for related promotional purposes. 7. There is one prize consisting of: Four (4)
adult or child Air New Zealand Economy class return tickets from London
Heathrow to New Zealand valued at up to £4,000. The prize travel is valid
for 12 months from date the winner is notified. Flights are subject to
availability. Blackout travel dates when travel is not permitted apply. The
prize is not transferable. If the winner and the winner’s travel
companions are unable to travel in accordance with the blackout date
restrictions above, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
Flights must be booked at least four (4) weeks before departure date. Fuel
surcharge tax is included. Airport, security taxes and passenger facility
charges are NOT included. Accommodation and travel insurance are NOT included.
No cash or credit alternatives will be offered. The flight tickets are
non-negotiable and under no circumstances are permitted to be upgraded. All

air travel. The winner and their travel companions are responsible for
obtaining all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas
where applicable. The prize also includes £1000 towards accommodation
during the trip. The responsibility for booking of accommodation relies with
the winner. 8. The winner will be picked at random from all of the entries
received. 9. . The winner of the competition will be notified by email by 30th
August 2008. If no response is received within 28 days, the Promoter reserves
the right to select another winner at random and the Promoter shall have no
liability in respect of the entry initially selected. 10. The winners’
name and county can be obtained by sending an SAE to Disney Store Marketing,
Prince Caspian Competition, 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London, W6
9PE. Do not send entries to this address. 11. All personal information about
the prize winner collected for the purpose of this competition may be shared
with Air New Zealand so that prizes can be provided, this may involve the
transfer of information outside of the European Union.
