Lightning McQueen

In Cars, Lightning McQueen, a racing rookie, is a hoodstrong, hotheaded, talkative car who is very stuck-up, especially towards his pit crew. He hopes to be the first rookie to win the Piston Cup race and gain a lucrative endorsement deal in the final race of the season, but finishes in a three-way after losing his huge lead on the final lap because of two blown tires. While his way to California for the tie-breaker race he gets lost in Radiator Springs and meets new friends who teach him there is more to life than winning car races and gaining deals. He becomes a hero known for his great sportsmanship in the final race, and he then returns to Radiator Springs and makes it his home.
